摘要 应用基于Agent的建模方法,根据企业组织中行为个体的行为特点,设计Agent节点的行为策略,构造智能Agent节点,使Agent节点能够自主地选择是否与其他节点建立联系或取消联系,形成基于Agent的企业人际关系网络的演化模型,并对其进行仿真实验,观察企业人际关系网络的生成和演化过程。同时,运用复杂网络的统计特征分析企业人际关系网络模型在演化过程中的变化规律。结果表明,企业人际关系网络是随着Agent节点寻找资源的行为逐渐生成和演化的,网络结构也随着企业组织系统的演化不断变化,最终形成了具有"小世界"特性和"无标度"特性的复杂网络。 According to the characteristics of behavior individuals in the enterprise organization, the behavior strat- egies of Agent nodes are designed by applying the Agent-based modeling method and the intelligent Agent nodes are generated, which could choose themselves whether or not to establish or cancel relationships with other Agent nodes,and construct the Agent-based enterprise's relationship network evolving model. The formation and evolution process of enterprise's relationship network could be observed through the simulation ,and the evolution laws of en- terprise's relationship network are analyzed by using the statistical characteristics of complex network. The results show that enterprise's relationship network is gradually generated and evolved with the agent-node finding re- sources, the network structure is constantly evolving with the enterprise evolution. Finally, the complex network with the small-world and scale-free characteristic is formed.
