摘要
基于大型油膜轴承试验台,对三种不同的润滑油进行了测试,对油膜轴承内油膜温度变化进行了分析,根据采集的实验数据得到了不同油品在相同工况下的油膜温度变化曲线图,获得了润滑油温度随着试验台运转时间变化的曲线,为油膜轴承润滑油性能的分析提供了一种便捷的方法,同时为油膜轴承润滑油的选取提供了数据支持和理论依据。
Based on large-scale oil-film bearing test rig, experiments on three different kinds of lubricating oil were tested, the variation curves of oil-film temperature were obtained based on the experimental data under the same conditions. The oil-film temperature variations inside the oil-film bearing were analyzed, and the oil temperature with the curve of the test bench running time was got, which provides a convenient way to analyze the oil-film bear- ing lubrication performances, and provides a theoretical basis and data support for the selection of oil-film bearing lubricating oil.
