辩证选穴治疗高脂血症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Dialectical Acupoint Selection in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨艾灸法结合辨证论治原则治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将60例高脂血症的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,辩证后选取穴位,每穴15 min/次,3次/周;对照组为口服舒降之(辛伐他汀),治疗1片/d,1次/d,晚间顿服。3个月后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗后的血脂水平比治疗前有明显的降低(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组较对照组的临床疗效有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论治疗组辨证选穴治疗高脂血症是优于对照组口服辛伐他汀的治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of moxibustion combined with dialectical acupoint selection in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia. Methods 60 patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group of 30 cases. Differentiale syndrome and than select acupuncture point, the treatment group for use moxi- bustion treatment about every time every acupuncture point for fifteen minutes, treatment three times per week; the control group for oral Simvastatin,treatment once per day, one tablets each time, evening meal served, after three months of treatment efficacy evaluation. Results After the treatment, the lipid levels of the treatment group and the control group significantly decreased than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）. The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 86.7% ,significantly higher than the control group＇s 66.7% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For hyperlipoidemia, the effect of moxibustion combined with dialectical acupoint selection given to the treatment group was better than that of oral Simvastatin treatment given to the control group.
