摘要 目的探讨化学发光免疫测定法在梅毒螺旋体抗体检测中所起的作用。方法选取160例梅毒患者及135例非梅毒患者的血清,分别采用化学发光免疫测定法、RPR法、TPPA法分别检测血清中的梅毒螺旋体抗体。结果对照组的敏感性分别为97.0%、76.3%和98.3%。RPR法的敏感性与特异性明显低于化学发光免疫测定法、TPPA法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化学发光免疫测定法和TPPA法相比,敏感性和特异性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论梅毒的化学发光免疫测定法的敏感性和特异性较高,是一种方便、准确的检测方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of Treponema pallidum anti- body in serum. Methods The serum of 160 cases of syphilis patients and 135 cases of non-syphilis patients was selected. And Treponema pallidum antibody in serum of the patients was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay, RPR method, TPPA method, respectively. Results The sensitivity of the control group was 97.0%, 76.3% and 98.3%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of RPR method were significantly lower than those of chemiluminescence immunoassay and TPPA method, the differ- ences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); the difference between chemiluminescence immunoassay and TPPA method in sensi- tivity and specificity was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Luminescence immunoassay has higher sensitivity and specificity in the detection of syphilis, and it is a convenient and accurate detection method.
