摘要
目的探讨整形美容手术者围手术期心理干预措施及应用效果。方法选取该院收治的46例整形美容手术者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用心理干预,比较两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和护理满意度的差异。结果观察组患者护理满意度为95.7%(22/23),高于对照组的65.2%(15/23),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为整形美容手术者围手术期提供全程系统化的心理干预措施,可显著改善患者的不良心理反应,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the measures of perioperative psychological intervention and the application effect of which for patients with cosmetic surgery. Methods 46 cases of patients underwent cosmetic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were given routine care. The observation group were given psychologi- cal intervention on the basis of routine care. The SDS, SAS score and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Re- sults The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.7%(22/23), significantly higher than 65.2%(15/23) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the SDS and SAS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Systematized psychological intervention during perioperative period for patients un- derwent cosmetic surgery can significantly improve the negative psychological state of the patients and the nursing satisfaction rate.
