花木自然风险与花农购买政策性农业保险意愿研究——以重庆市北碚区静观镇为例

Research on the natural risks of flowers and the will of florists to buy policy- oriented agricultural insurance ——Taking the Jingguan town in Beibei district of Chongqing as an example

通过对重庆市北碚区静观镇花农关于花木种植中自然灾害风险的态度、行为与意愿的抽样调查,了解花农对花木种植中自然灾害风险的认识和感受、行为选择及对花木种植中自然灾害风险管理的期望,从而得出结论:农民对花木种植中自然灾害风险的关注程度低,农民对政府参与花木种植中自然灾害风险的意愿比较强烈.政策性花木保险有利于调动花农参保积极性,但应注重花木保险的模式选择和内容设计,并在此基础上提出针对性的政策建议.

Through the sample investigation of the attitude, behavior and will of the florists to the natural disaster risk of flowers planting in the Jingguan town in Beibei district of Chongqing, the understanding and feeling, behavior selection and the expectation of flowers planting in the management of natural disaster were known. The results show that ： the degree of farmers＇ concern on the planting in natural disaster risk is low, and farmers＇ will of government involvement in natural disaster risk planting is strong. Policy flowers insurance will help to mobilize the florists＇ insurance initiative, but the focus should be on the flowers insurance mode selection and content design. On this basis, the corresponding policy and suggestion were proposed.
