摘要
目前,数字化技术以及网络技术的推广对我国高校图书馆的发展起到了深刻的影响。在以数字化、网络化为主的信息社会环境下,高校图书馆传统的服务模式早已无法满足广大师生的需要。因而,高校图书馆必须要在信息社会环境下做好服务与管理转型的工作。本文中笔者主要从高校图书馆服务以及管理转型这两个角度出发,先分析环境下高校图书馆管理转型基本趋势,接着提出了高校图书馆在信息社会环境中的服务模式,并围绕高校图书馆管理中的三个基础问题——经营管理的对象、经营管理的方法以及经营管理者展开探讨,指出管理的转型实质上就是管理的基本层面的组合变化,认为信息社会给高校图书馆迎来了机遇,同时也带来了挑战。
At present,the promotion of digital technology and network technology has made a profound impact on the development of college library in China. In the environment of information society focusing on digitization and network, the traditional service mode of college library does not satisfy the requirements of teachers and students. Therefore,the college library must accomplish the transformation work of service and management in the environment of information society.This thesis is mainly conducted from two perspectives of the transformation of management and service of college library.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the basic trend of the management transformation of college library in the environment of information society;secondly,it puts forward a service mode of college library in such environment. Additionally, it discusses the three fundamental issues in the college library management: the managing object, the managing method and the manager, and points out that the transformation of management in essence is the combination changes of basic management level, rendering that the information society brings opportunity to the college library,and challenges as well.
