蟾酥注射液诱导人膀胱癌细胞T24、BIU-87凋亡的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的验证蟾酥注射液的抗癌活性。方法将T24细胞、BIU-87细胞分别接种于RPMI1640培养液中37℃孵育,并在多个时间点取细胞悬液加入AO/EB染料染色,在荧光显微镜下观察。结果在0、3、6、12、24和48h时,T24细胞的凋亡率分别为3.0%、12.5%、59.5%、66,5%、70.O%和63.5%,BIU-87细胞的凋亡率分别为2.0%、13.5%、55.5%、62.5%、68.5%和64.0%。结论蟾酥注射液可显著诱导T24细胞、BIU-87细胞凋广,在体外具有抗癌活性。 Objective To determine Ihe anticaneer activity of venenum bufimis injection. Methods T24 and BIU-87 cells were seeded in RPMI 1640 culture medium and incubated at 37 ℃ . Cell suspension was taken al muhiple time points and stained by AO/EB dye and then was observed under fluorescence microscope. Resuhs At hour 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48. the apoplosis rates of T24 cells were 3.0%, 12.5%, 59.5%, 66.5%. 70.0%. anti 63.5% respectively; anti the apoptosis rates of BIU-87 cells were 2.0%, 13.5%, 55.5%, 62.5%, 68.5%, and 64.0%, respectively. Conclusions The apoplosis ofT24 anti BIU-87 cells can be obviously induced by venenum bufonis injection.Venenum bufi)nis injection has antieancer activity in vitro.
