麻疹合并肺炎支原体肺炎病毒性心肌炎诊疗研究

A case of measles complicated with pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia and viral myocarditis

麻疹是南麻疹病毒感染引起的急性出疹性呼吸道传染病，是威胁儿童身体健康的传染病。麻疹的并发症较多，肺炎是麻疹最常见的死亡原因，尤其重症肺炎病死率高。本例患者麻疹合并肺炎支原体肺炎病毒性心肌炎，早期进行治疗后痊愈出院。现将病例总结如下，以提高临床医生重视程度。

Measles is an acute and rash respiratory tract infectious disease caused by measles virus infection and is an infectious disease threating children＇ health. Many complications are caused by measles. Pneumonia, especially severe pneumonia, is the most common cause leading to the death of patients with measles. This patient with measles complicated with pneumonia mycoplasma and viral myocarditis was cured by early treatment and discharged. This case was reported to attract more attention to it.
