孟鲁司特辅助治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of montelukast in the auxiliary treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

目的对孟鲁司特辅助治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性进行研究，以期为支原体肺炎的治疗提供临床依据。方法选取在我院接受治疗的78例支原体肺炎患儿，按照数字表随机分组的方法分为对照组和实验组两组，每组39例，对照组给予支原体肺炎的常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上给予孟鲁司特辅助治疗，并对两组的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果两组患儿分别接受治疗后，实验组的总有效率（92．31％）明显高于对照组的总有效率（58．98％），差异有明显的统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组患者发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部哕音消失时间、气喘消失及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组患儿经治疗后不良反应发生率差异无明显的统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论孟鲁司特辅助治疗支原体肺炎能加快症状缓解速度，而且不良反应发生率小，安全可靠，可以在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and security of montelukast in the auxiliary treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia, in order to provide clinical basis for the treatment of mycoplasma. Methods 78 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were selected and in accordance with the method of digital meter randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 39 cases in each group. Control group received conventional treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia, experimental group received montelukast auxiliary treatment on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （92.31% vs. 58.98%）, with statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Fever disappearing tiroe, cough disappearing time, pulmonary rales disappearing time, asthma disappearing time and hospital stay of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group, with statistical significant differences （P 〈 0.01）. There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast in the auxiliary treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia can speed up symptoms remission, with fewer adverse reactions, safe and reliable, which should be widely used in clinic.
