基于粗糙集和DEA方法的低碳经济评价模型

Evaluation Model of Low Carbon Economy based on Rough Sets and DEA

将粗糙集理论和DEA方法引入到低碳经济评价中,建立基于DEA模型的低碳经济投入—产出指标体系。选取投入产出指标作为条件属性,选取DEA效率评价指标作为决策属性,通过粗糙集理论对投入产出属性进行约简,得到低碳经济DEA模型的关键属性,并进行规则挖掘。利用我国30个地区的低碳经济数据对模型的合理性和有效性进行验证。

This paper induced rough set theory and DEA method into the evaluation problem of low carbon economy. First- ly, low carbon economy evaluation input-output index system is proposed based on the DEA model. Secondly, the input-out- put indexes and the efficiency of DEA are utilized as the condition attributes and decision attribute respectively. It uses the attribute reduction method to get the key attributes and then generate the decision rules. Finally, 30 provincial areas are used to evaluate the efficiency of low carbon economy in our country, which validated the rationality and validity of our pro- posed model.
