抗菌药物监管对社区儿科门诊用药影响的分析

Effect of the regulation of antibiotics on the medication in the community pediatric clinic

目的:了解抗菌药物监管下本社区卫生服务中心儿科门诊抗菌药物使用现状,为指导其合理使用提供依据。方法 :采用回顾分析方法,对本中心2009-2012年所有儿科门诊处方进行统计分析,得出抗菌药物使用率,抗菌药物费用率的情况。随机抽取抗菌药物使用病历,对其用药指征、用药选择、用法用量等情况进行调查。结果:从2009-2012年,每年的儿科门诊处方总数呈逐年上升趋势,但抗菌药物处方所占比例及所占费用率均有明显下降,抗菌药物的合理使用情况明显改善。结论:在本中心质量控制科和药事监管小组等综合监管下,儿科门诊的抗菌药物使用情况得到明显改善。

Objective：To understand the current status of antibiotic use in pediatric clinic of community center and provide a basis for guiding the rational use of antibiotics. Methods：All prescriptions of pediatric outpatients during 2009-2012 were retrospectively analyzed, by which the usage rate of antibiotics for oral and injection use and their costs were obtained. The indication, option and dosage of medication were investigated by random selection of medical records. Results：The total amount of pediatric outpatient prescriptions has been increasing year by year, however, the proportion and cost of antibiotics have been signiifcantly decreased. Conclusion：The situation of the rational use of antibiotics in community pediatric clinic was obviously improved under the comprehensive supervision of the quality control department and pharmaceutical supervision groups in our center.
