我国医药制造业技术创新影响因素的灰色关联度分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :找出影响我国医药制造业技术创新能力的关键因素。方法 :基于灰色系统理论,将我国医药制造业的技术创新能力看作为一个灰色系统。从《中国高技术产业统计年鉴(2000-2012年)》中选取相关数据,以拥有发明专利数作为该系统的特征指标。运用灰色关联分析法,计算出新产品开发经费支出、医药科技活动中的政府经费筹集情况、医药科技活动中的企业经费筹集情况、医药制造业研发人员数、医药制造业科研机构数这5个因素相对于系统特征指标的灰色关联度。结果 :上述5个因素的关联度分别为:0.894 2、0.870 6、0.733 0、0.827 6和0.887 7。结论 :影响我国医药制造业技术创新能力的关键因素是新产品开发经费支出。 Objective:To investigate the most crucial factors inlfuencing the technological innovation capability in Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Methods:Based on grey system theory, the capability of technological innovation in Chinese pharmaceutical industry was taken as a grey system. Data was selected from China Statistical Yearbook of high-tech industry (2000-2012) and the number of invention patents was taken as the characteristic index of the system. The grey relational degrees of R&D expenditures, government funds for medical science and technology activities, company funds for medical science and technology activities, the number of people and institutions engaged in R&D were calculated by using the method of grey relational analysis. Results:The grey relational degrees of the ifve factors were 0.894 2, 0.870 6, 0.733 0, 0.827 6 and 0.887 7, respectively. Conclusion:The expenditure on new product development is the most crucial factor which inlfuents the technological innovation capability in Chinese pharmaceutical industry.
