摘要
1 开甲工具菜刀、弯镰头、冬枣专用开甲器等。前两种工具上世纪90年代前常用，现用冬枣专用开甲器。开甲器木手柄一侧是“U”型刀，用来刮除老皮，上方两侧分别有两个甲口刀，甲口刀断面呈梯形，根据甲口刀宽窄开甲器分型，如5～7mm型、7～10mm型、10～12mm型等。以河北省沧县黄递铺生产的“宝玉”牌为最好，钢性好、经久耐用。
