摘要
目的从乡村医生现状入手,分析乡村医生年龄、性别、职称、学历、收入及可能存在的问题,为河北省乡村医生队伍建设提供科学依据。方法采用方便分层抽样的方法,对河北省5个地区264名乡村医生进行问卷。调查根据设计好的访谈提纲,对部分乡村医生进行访谈。结果调查对象的平均年龄为43.98岁,40~50岁占56.8%,老龄化趋势严重;学历构成中,中专以上学历者占87.1%;职称构成中,没有任何资质的乡村医生占4.5%,乡村医生占35.2%。月收入普遍偏低,石家庄、邢台和张家口地区收入水平普遍低于唐山和廊坊地区。近年来乡村医生得到国家及政府相关政策扶植,其工作环境得到一定的改善,但工资待遇和养老问题仍未得以解决。结论河北省乡村医生队伍仍存在问题,建议重视乡村医生队伍的建设,提高其地位和待遇,加强在职培训和管理,制定并落实相关扶植政策,提高乡村医生的整体素质。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the current status of rural doctors in Heibei, such as age, sex, job title, education, income and any possible problems, to provide the scientific basis for improving the team building of rural doctors in Heibei. METHODS Using stratified sampling, and interviewed 264 rural doctors in 5 different towns in Heibei by questionnaires. RESULTS The average age of rural doctors in Heibei was 43.98 years old, and the number of 40~50 age group was up to 56.8%, which showed that the aging trend was serious. In regard to education constitute, the number of secondary or higher is 87.1%. Considering the constitution of job title, no qualified village doctors accounted for 4.5%, 35.2% was just the rural doctor. The average monthly income of the surveyed rural doctors was very low,which shows surveyed doctors' income in Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang and Xingtai is obviously lower than Tangshan and Langfang. In recent years, the rural doctors have gained relevant support of our nation policy, and their working environment has been improved, but the problem of their wage and pension has not been solved yet. CONCLUSION There are also servious problems in rural doctor team in Heibei, it is suggested to pay more attention on rural doctors, improve their status and treatment, propose related assistant policy and enhance the rural doctors' qualities.
