新时期,为促进我国医疗机构公共卫生事业全面发展,探索建立适合当前及长远的公共卫生管理工作新机制,建立健全公共卫生服务体系,提高公共卫生服务水平,促进公共卫生工作均等化、规范化和法制化建设,才能达到保障公民健康的目的。
