乡村医生工作满意度的影响因素分析——对湖南省12个县、市36所乡镇卫生院和36个村卫生室的调查

乡村医生的工作满意度与卫生服务能力、效率及居民满意程度密切相关。在湖南省12个县、市36所乡镇卫生院和36个村卫生室抽样实地调查的基础上,分析了乡镇医生工作满意度的现状及其影响因素,并提出了提高乡村医生满意度的对策建议。

The country is closely related to job satisfaction of doctors and health service capacity, efficiency and resident satisfaction. On the basis of 12 counties in Hunan province 36 township hospitals and 36 village health room sampling investigation, analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the job satisfaction of doctors in Township, and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals to improve the rural doctors＇s atisfaction.
