十堰市某寄宿制高级中学学生沙眼发生情况调查分析及思考

The Situation Survey Analysis and Thinking of Trachoma of Boarding Senior Middle Schools Students of Shiyan

目的了解十堰市城区中学生沙眼发病情况,分析中学生发生沙眼的影响因素,为有效地采取针对性的防治措施提供科学依据。方法按照分层整群随机抽样的原则,抽取十堰市城区2所高级中学共3 548名学生,使用SPSS 13.0统计软件对沙眼患病情况进行统计分析。结果在被调查的3 548名在校中学生中,沙眼发病624人,发病率为17.59%,男生发病率明显高于女生。高一年级学生2 052名,发病率为11.84%;高二年级学生1 496名,发病率为25.47%,高二年级沙眼发病率明显高于高一年级。结论十堰市城区中学生沙眼发病情况不容乐观,随着学习阶段的升高,眼部疾病的发病率也持续增高。不良的用眼卫生和习惯是引起眼疾病的重要因素,社会、学校、家长及学生应加强对眼部疾病的早期预防,养成良好的用眼卫生习惯,保护眼睛,注意劳逸结合。对已发生沙眼的学生要早期检查,并进行及时有效的治疗,加强健康教育,降低中学生沙眼发病率。

OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence of trachoma among middle school students in Shiyan City, and to analysis the influence factors of students happened trachoma, which will provide a scientific basis for effective targeted prevention and control measures. METHODS According to stratified random sampling principle, the dates taking simples of 2 middle schools in Shiyan, 3 548 students were analyzed by the SPSS 13.0. RESULTS There were 3 548 middle school students investigated at all, and trachoma incidence of a total were 624 people, the incidence rate was 17.6%. There were 1 865 boys, periodontal disease incidence was 358, the incidence rate was 19.20%; and 1 683 girls, periodontal disease incidence was 266; the incidence rate was 15.80%. Boys＇ incidence was significantly higher than that of girls. CONCLUSION Shiyan City trachoma infection situation of middle school students is not optimistic, with the increase of learning phase, the incidence of eye diseases also continues to increase. Bad with eye health and habits is an important factor to cause eye diseases. Society, schools, parents and students should strengthen the early prevention of eye diseases, develop good health habits with the eye, eye protection, pay attention to combining exertion and rest, to have happened trachoma check early, and make timely and effective treatment, strengthen health education, decrease incidence of secondary school students trachoma.
