基于JG rafchart的批量控制研究与实现

摘要 批量标准最大的优点就是使得配方程序与设备控制逻辑分离,由此批量生产过程更加灵活。通过分析批量控制S88标准与JGrafchart软件两者的共同之处,然后用JGrafchart软件实现批量标准中的模型术语,最后以工业生产中啤酒厂麦汁制备作为实例,给出了使用JGrafchart软件表达批量控制系统中实现配方的具体技术。研究表明使用JGrafchart能够减小配方创建与维护的难度,体现了配方建造灵活,批量控制具有很好柔韧性的特点。 The biggest advantage of batch standard is that it makes the recipe procedure and device control logic separate from each other,thus the batch production process is more flexible. This paper introduces the batch control standard S88 and JGrafchart software,analyzes the common part between them, and uses JGrafchart software to realize the model terminology in batch standard. Finally, take brewery wort preparation in the industrial production for example,the specific technology of achieving the recipe expressed is given by JGrafchart software in batch control system. The studies show that the difficulty in recipe creation and maintenance can be reduced by using JGrafchart,which reflects the flexibility of recipe construction and the characteristics that batch control has good flexibility.
