摘要
以船舶吊机中常用的液压绞车作为被控对象,采用恒速度和恒力矩两种控制方式分别对液压绞车的张力释放机构和排缆绞车进行控制,实现了两者的速度同步。同时采用新型摩擦张力释放技术、电液伺服控制技术和负载敏感技术,设计了一种新型张力释放型液压绞车。实践证明,该张力释放型液压绞车能耗大大减小,同时也解决了因缆绳承载张力过大而挤压切入所造成的缆绳破坏。
The hydraulic winch used in the ship crane is taken as the research object.The constant speed control and the constant torque control are used to achieve the speed synchronization of the tension release equipment and the rope arrangement mechanism.A new type hydraulic winch was designed by using new tension release techniques,electro hydraulic servo and load sensing technologies.It is proved that this hydraulic winch can greatly reduce the energy consumption and also solve the problem of cable being cut by the extrusion.
