摘要
研究出口节流调速系统的动静态性能,建立较精确的阀控缸数学模型,考虑节流阀流量存在非线性因素,分析阶跃负载对液压缸运动速度稳定性的影响,并建立出口节流调速系统的非线性数学模型。采用微分几何理论对系统进行精确反馈线性化,并通过与常规泰勒展开线性化系统模型及试验结果进行比较。结果表明,精确反馈线性化方法所建系统模型更接近实际,可用于分析出口节流调速系统的动静态性能。
To study the static and dynamic performance of the throttling speed control system which is installed in the export of the cylinder,an accurate mathematical model of the valve-controlled cylinder is built,and the nonlinear factors in the flow of the throttle valve are considered.The effect of the step load on the speed stability of the cylinder is analyzed.And the nonlinear mathematic model of the throttling speed control system is built.The differential geometry theory is used for the exact feedback linearization.The test results are compared with that of the system model linearized by the conventional Taylor expansion.The results show that the model built with the exact feedback linearization method is closer to the real system for the analysis of static and dynamic performance of throttling speed control system installed in the export of the cylinder.
