摘要
提出一种新型能量回收模拟试验系统,并用Solidworks三维软件进行了布置。通过阐述该系统的结构组成和工作原理,计算设计并进行特点分析,为该能量回收模拟试验系统的进一步仿真和试验提供了理论依据。在能量回收与能量释放过程中,该系统可以随时切换系统工况,完整、清晰地模拟出车辆行驶工况的实时变化,为车辆制动能量回收系统的试验研究提供了更好的硬件平台。
A new energy recovery simulation experimental system is presented and designed by the software Solidworks for the three-dimensional arrangement.The structure of the system composition and the working principle are described.The design and the characteristic are analyzed.In the process of energy recovery and release,the system can always switch system conditions,simulate real-time changes in the vehicle driving conditions,provide a good hardware platform for the experimental study of vehicle braking energy recovery system.
