摘要
以航天煤化工系统中某型号黑水调节阀为研究对象,应用CFD数值模拟方法得到了阀门流场特性的可视化效果,根据流场特性对阀门内部闪蒸现象进行了分析,并给出了对现有结构进行改进的建议。
Focusing on a type of blackwater regulating valve used in the aerospace coal chemical industry,we use the CFD numerical simulation method to obtain its flow field characteristics for studying the flashing in the valve,and give suggestions for structural improvement.
