摘要
船舶舵机装置是保证船舶航行安全的重要设备,舵机装置故障将直接危及船舶的航行安全。针对某轮频繁出现的跑舵故障,对舵机液压系统的工作原理进行了分析,并深入剖析了加在舵叶上的水动力矩的变化规律,找出了舵机液压系统中双向液压锁频繁损坏导致跑舵的原因,指出了舵机液压系统设计中存在的不足,提出了改进措施。
The ship steering gear plays an important role in navigation safety.Failures of steering gear endanger the ship directly.To aim at the trouble of running-away rudder angle occurred on a ship,we analyze the working principle of the steering gear hydraulic system and the change law of the hydrodynamic moment applied on rudder to dig out the causes of the running-away rudder angle due to the frequent failure of the two-way hydraulic lock.We point out the shortage of the steering gear hydraulic system and put forward the improvement measurement.
