摘要 介绍了最近研制成功的CSDM765型两级射流管式电反馈伺服阀。该阀由射流管式前置级驱动,取消了力反馈杆,并由LVDT式位移传感器进行电反馈控制。据此,选择了HR-5型位移传感器,设计了功率级滑阀和伺服控制器。该型伺服阀耐用、可靠、精度高。通过试验表明,CSDM765型两级射流管式电反馈伺服阀的性能达到了设计要求。 The CSDM765 series two-stage jet pipe servovalve with electronic feedback is presented,which has been successfully developed recently.The servovalve is driven by a jet pipe pilot stage without mechanical feedback and electrically fed back by the position transducer.According to this principle,the LVDT model HR-5 is determined and the main valve and servo controller are designed.The servovalve is stable,reliable and highly precise.Experiments show that the performance of CSDM765 meets the design requirements.
