摘要
以壳聚糖为功能体,柚皮苷为印迹分子,将壳聚糖负载到二氧化硅(CS@SiO2)上,制成柚皮苷(NG)印迹CS@SiO2,用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等测试技术对该印迹聚合物进行分析表征,探讨了印迹CS@SiO2对印迹分子柚皮苷的吸附特性.实验表明,印迹聚合物的吸附特性优于非印迹聚合物.分别用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型拟合印迹CS@SiO2对NG的吸附等温线,印迹CS@SiO2对NG的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程.印迹聚合物对印迹分子的印迹效率α为1.74,采用橙皮苷作竞争性吸附底物,选择因子β为2.00.
A novel naringin imprinting CS@ SiO2 ( I- CS@ SiO2 ) was prepared by using chi- tosan covering on silicon dioxide as a functional polymer, and characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR, SEM and so on. The binding properties were discussed by equilibrium binding experiment method. Experiments show that the adsorption characteristics of I-CS@ SiO2 are better than that of non-imprinted polymer. Adsorption isotherms of I-CS@ SiO2 to NG accord with Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation, with Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model fitting I- CS@ SiO2, respectively. The imprinting factor a is 1.74, and the selective factor/3 is 2.00.
