摘要
利用上杭槐猪国家保种场核心群槐猪为试验材料,通过PCR-RFLP方法研究H-FABP基因5'上游区域HinfⅠ位点、第2内含子MspⅠ和HaeⅢ位点遗传多态性,并分析其与肌内脂肪含量(IMF)的相关性.结果表明,HinfⅠ位点上存在多态性,等位基因H的基因频率为0.569 0,表现为中度多态(0.370 2),各基因型之间IMF含量差异不显著(P<0.05);MspⅠ位点上存在多态性,等位基因A的基因频率为0.741 4,表现为中度多态(0.309 9),其中AA基因型IMF含量显著高于Aa基因型(P<0.05);HaeⅢ位点只有一种等位基因(D),缺乏多态性.被测猪群HinfⅠ位点和MspⅠ位点各基因型频率均处于HardyWeinberg平衡状态(P>0.05).

In the second in tron, polymorphism was observed at loci of Msp I (0. 309 9) with the frequency of A allele being 0. 741 4, whereas no polymorphism was detected at loci of Hae]ll. All genotype frequencies of pigs tested conformed to the expected Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Additionally, Msp I polymorphism was solely found statistically associated with IMF content and AA genotype was signifi- cantly higher than Aa genotype (P 〈 0.05 ).
