基于WSR的福建省国家级体育训练基地管理现状研究

WSR-based National Sports Training Base in Fujian Province Research Management Situation

运用WSR系统方法论从"物理"、"事理"、"人理"三个维度对福建省国家级体育训练基地管理现状进行综合分析,研究认为福建省国家级体育训练基地管理存在经费来源少,资源开发利用不足,基地管理组织体系、规章制度建设、承担任务与提供服务等方面不能满足实际要求,基地各利益方的关系还需调适,管理随意性、盲目性等问题,据此提出了改进建议.

This paper applies WSR system methodology from three dimensions： ＂physic＂, ＂affair＂, ＂human reason＂ to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the national sports training base in Fujian Province, which reveals some problems, like few funding sources, insuffi-cient resources development and utilization. Also, the base management organization system, rules and regulations, undertaking tasks and providing services all fail to meet the actual requirements; relationships between blindness. This paper each stakeholders puts forward some need adjustment, management exists arbitrariness and suggestions according to the above problems.
