磁处理酒对人血清超氧化物歧化酶及一氧化氮含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究饮用磁处理白酒对人血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)及一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。方法 将 6 0名受试者随机分为白酒组和磁处理白酒组各 30名。实验前3d禁饮任何酒类 ,实验开始第 1d晨取空腹静脉血测血清SOD、MDA和NO ,之后根据本人酒量和饮酒习惯自由饮用白酒或磁处理白酒 30d后于晨取空腹静脉血再测以上 3项指标。结果 饮用磁处理白酒者血清SOD活性和NO含量比饮前显著升高 (t=5 .6 335 ,t=4.2 44 7,P <0 .0 1)。MDA含量明显降低 (t=5 .5 0 6 8,P <0 .0 1)。饮用白酒者血清SOD和NO比饮用前明显降低 (t =2 .8194,P <0 .0 5 ;t=3.6 2 6 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,MDA含量显著升高 (t =4.72 0 3,P <0 .0 1)。两组比较 ,SOD活性和NO含量的升高及MDA含量的降低均具有显著性 (t=4.5 6 89,t=4.0 5 2 0 ,t =5 .75 86 ,P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To study the influence of oral magnetic field treated spirits for superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malonyldialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)level in human body.Methods Sixty experimental people were equally divided into two groups;magnetic spirits group and non-magnetic spirits group.The experiment duration was 30 days in all people.Before three days of experiment,any beverages weren't drunk.Before and after the experiment,the SOD activity,MDA and NO level were determined.Results In the people of magnetic spirits group,the SOD activity and No level after the experiment were significantly higher than before(t=5.633 5,t=4.244 7,P<0.01),MDA level was reduced(t=5.506 8, P< 0.01).Contrarily,the SOD activity and NO level in non-magnetic spirits group were markedly lowered than before(t=2.819 4,P<0.05;t=3.626 5,P<0.01),but MDA level was enhanced (t= 4.720 3, P< 0.01).There was a significant difference in both groups(t=4.568 9,t=4.052 0,t= 5.758 6, P< 0.01) .Conclusion It is suggested that the magnetic field treated spirits can decrease the lipid peroxide promoted by spirits in the body and reduce the damage caused by NO level reduction on the body.
