25-羟维生素D与2型糖尿病的相关性研究 被引量:4

The correlation of serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels and biochemical indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的比较2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)VD]及生化指标与正常对照组的差异,探讨维生素D与T2DM的相关性。方法选择T2DM患者157例,同期健康体检者42例,进行血清25-(OH)VD、空腹血糖(GLU)、血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)、连接肽(C-肽)、胰岛素(IRI)水平测定和分析。结果与对照组比较,T2DM组血清25-(OH)VD明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GLU、C-肽、IRI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者Ca、P离子浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。25-(OH)VD与C-肽、IRI呈正相关(r=0.46、0.44,P<0.05),与GLU、Ca、P无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 T2DM患者血清中25-(OH)VD水平明显缺乏,与胰岛素水平明显相关,胰岛素越低、血清25-(OH)VD越低。 Objective To investigate the difference of 25 - (OH)VD and biochemical indexes between T2DM and the normal range, and to analyze the association of 25 - (OH)VD and biochemical indexes and make a discussion of the role and significance of vi- tamin D in T2DM. Methods The 25 - (OH) VD, fasting blood - glucose, serum calcium, serum phosphorous, C - peptide and IRI were measured in 157 patients with T2DM and 42 healthy controls. Results 25 - (OH) VD in patients with T2DM was obviously lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; Fasting blood - glucose, C - peptide and IRI in patients with T2DM was higher than that in con- trol group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; And there was no significantly differences between two groups in serum calcium and serum phosphorous. In the correlation analysis of vitamin D, there was a positive correlation between 25 - (OH) VD and C - peptide, IRI ( r = 0. 46, 0. 44, P 〈 0. 001 ) , and no obvious correlation between 25 - (OH)VD and HbA1 C, fasting blood -glucose, serum calcium, serum phosphorous (P 〉0.05). Conclusion 25 -(OH) VD is obviously lacked in patients with T2DM, and it is apparently correlated to the level of IRI, which the lower IRI is, the low serum 25 - (OH)VD is.
