摘要
CO2和乙炔偶联并加氢生成丙烯酸是一条潜在的丙烯酸合成工艺路线。本文对该反应进行了热力学分析,表明反应在低温下是热力学可行的。实验以零价金属络合物为催化剂,考察了两种氢源:氢气和甲酸。实验结果表明氢气作为氢源不能生成丙烯酸,甲酸作为氢源能够生成丙烯酸。
Coupling CO2 and acetylene and hydrogenation to form acrylic acid is a potential route for synthesis of acrylic acid. Thermodynamic analysis indicated that the reaction could be carried on under low temperature. Synthetic experiments of acrylic acid were performed with hydrogen and formic acid as sources of hydrogen and complexes of metal with zero valence as catalysts. The results showed that formic acid helped to produce acrylic acid, but no formation of acrylic acid when hydrogen was used as hydrogen source.
