摘要 介绍了一种钢厂转炉煤气的净化新方法及其在一个利用焦炉煤气和转炉煤气制甲醇项目的实际应用。该法第一步通过变温吸附(TSA)除去转炉煤气中的硫、磷、砷等有害杂质,然后进一步通过吸附的方法除去残留的微量砷。该工艺具有净化度高,自动化控制,操作简便,经济、环保效益好的特点。转炉煤气净化运行成本仅为0.0144元/m3。 A novel process for purification of steel plant converter gas by removing the harmful substances such as sulfur, phosphorous and arsenic using a temperature swing adsorption (TSA) technique and further removing the arsenic remaining in the gas using a adsorption technique and its practical application in a methanol plant with coke oven gas and converter gas as feedstock were introduced. This process had the advantages of high purifying degree, automation control, simple operation, and good economic and environmental benefits. The cost of purification was only 0.0144 RMB per cubic meter converter gas.
