摘要
介绍了自主开发的THG型催化剂在辽阳石化公司7万t/a巴塞尔Hostalen釜式淤浆工艺HDPE装置上的工业应用情况,并与同类型进口THB型催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,生产过程工艺控制平稳,聚合反应温度、压力可调控,聚合浆液和粉末输送顺畅,装置适应性良好;THG型催化剂的平均活性为62.75×104g/g,是THB型催化剂的11倍;THG型催化剂生产的L 0555 P,J 0253 P型专用树脂产品质量可达到优级品标准,且分别满足氯化聚乙烯(CPE),交联聚乙烯(PEX)生产的质量要求,加工工艺条件及产品性能与同类型进口专用料相近。
The industrial application of self-developed catalyst THG for ethylene slurry polymerization was introduced in 70 kt/a Basell Hostalen kettle type slurry polymerized high density polyethylene (HDPE) unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,and the catalytic behavior and product properties of THG were compared with those of the same type of imported catalyst THB.The results showed that the production process was stable,the polymerization temperature and pressure were controllable,the slurry and powder of product could be easily transferred,and the adaptability of unit was good.The average activity of THG was 62.75 × 104 g/g,11 times as high as that of THB.The THG based L 0555 P and J 0253 P specialty resins met the superior grade product standards and the need of producing chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and crosslinked polyethylene (PEX) respectively,and the processing conditions and product properties were similar to those of the same type of imported special materials.
