摘要
以无纺布作为膜组件,向膜生物反应器A(MBR-A)和膜生物反应器B(MBR-B)中分别投加硬质和软质悬浮填料处理人工废水。通过分析测定MBR-A和MBR-B膜污染阻力R、可逆膜污染阻力Rf和不可逆膜污染阻力Rif的变化,考察软质和硬质悬浮填料控制膜污染的效果。结果表明,软质悬浮填料控制MBR膜生物反应器膜污染的效果好于硬质悬浮填料,特别是在控制不可逆污染阻力Rif上,软质悬浮填料有明显的作用效果。
The non-woven fabric was used as membrane model in membrane bioreactor A (MBR-A) and membrane bioreactor B (MBR-B). Soft and hard suspended carriers were added to MBR-A and MBR-B respectively, to treat the artificial wastewater. By testing membrane fouling resistance R, reversible membrane fouling resistance RI and irreversible membrane fouling resistance Re in MBR-A and MBR-B, the effects of soft and hard suspended carriers on the performance of membrane fouling control was investigated. The results showed that the performance of fouling control in MBR-A was better than the performance in MBR-B, especially on Re control, the soft suspended carriers had obvious advantages.
