摘要
本文主要介绍了双回路液压应急助力转向系统的组成及工作原理,分析了作为双回路液压应急助力转向系统核心部件的应急阀、切换阀总成的设计及工艺方面的关键技术,讨论了影响切换平顺性的阀芯卡紧问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
This paper describes a double loop hydraulic emergent power steering system's components and working principle, Analyzed as a double loop hydraulic emergent power steering system core components of the emergency valve, switching valve assembly design and workmanship of the key technologies, discussed the Spool chucking problem which influenced the Switching ride, and Puts forward corresponding solving measures.
