摘要 针对GW7-252型隔离开关频繁发生合闸不到位的缺陷,通过设备解体查找原因,发现了静触头结构不合理、零部件材质不良、传动连杆强度不足等问题,并对其导电、传动部分实施了一系列的完善化改造。改造后的实际运行情况表明,设备运行操作稳定,彻底消除了设备故障隐患。 Aiming at the frequent failure of GW7-252 disconnecting switch in switching to the designated po-sition, the device is disassembled and the reasons are detected. It is detected that the major causes are unrea-sonable static contact structure, inferior materials of components and poor strength of drive link and so forth. Moreover, the conduction parts and drive parts are reconstructed for perfection. The practical operation after reconstruction shows that operation of the equipment becomes stable and the potential faults are thoroughly e-liminated.
