支架治疗颈部颈动脉,椎动脉狭窄并发症分析

Analysee of complications in patients with extracranial carotid,vertebral artery stenosis Stenting

目的对支架治疗颈部颈,椎动脉狭窄围手术期并发症进行分析并总结处理经验。方法回顾性分析行血管内支架治疗的颈动脉、椎动脉狭窄患者80例,对出现的并发症进行分析。结果围手术期1例发生支架移位,2例发生持续性低血压,1例发生短暂性脑缺血发作。对术中出现支架近端移位的患者,远端导入第二个支架;对低血压患者,持续数日泵入多巴胺,且长期随访上述患者均无后遗症。结论围手术期并发症需早期识别及处理,可避免严重后果出现。

Objective summarized the experience in treat the complications of patients with extracranial carotid ,vertebral artery stenosis Stenting.Methods eighty patients with extracranial carotid ,vertebral artery stenosis treated by stenting were retrospectively ,stent shifting in 1 patient,constant low-pressure in 2 patients,TIA in 1 patients.summary the reason and preventive measures.Results another stent was placed,continous intravenous pumping dopamine,all patients recovery without sequel.Conclusion early diagnosis and treatment complication during the perioperative period ,can avoid the severe outcome.
