加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折42例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨应用加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用加长柄的骨水泥型人工股骨头置换手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折42例。结果经平均18个月近期随诊中仅有1例发生肺部感染,其余疗效满意。结论加长柄人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者恢复时间短,减少术后并发症,改善患者预后。
