自理护理对扩张性心肌病患者生活质量的影响

Impact on self care dilated cardiomyopathy patients quality of life

目的:探讨自理护理工作对扩张性心肌病患者生活质量的影响。方法:将100例扩张性心肌病患者随机分成两组,试验组的患者提供自理护理方式进行护理,对照组的患者采用一般形式的常规性护理,对两组患者的生活质量进行标准评分对比。结果:试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者的生活质量评分。结论:对患有扩张性心肌病的患者采用自理护理方式进行护理,可以有效的提高患者自身日常生活中的整体生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of self-care on the quality of patients care suffers life of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods：suffering from dilated cardiomyopathy 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the test group to provide self-care approach to nursing care to patients in the control group using the general form of routine care, the quality of life of two groups of patients were standard score comparison.Results：the test group patients quality of life scores than the control group of patients quality of life scores were significantly lmprove. Conclusions：Patients with dilated cardiomyopathy using self care approach to care, can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s own daily life, overall quality of life.
