总结报道1例压力性尿失禁患者经阴道尿道闭孔悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗的术前、术后护理经验。该患者无出血、感染等手术相关并发症的发生,手术效果满意。因此,积极做好术前、术后护理及康复指导是压力性尿失禁患者手术治疗和康复的重要环节。

preoperative psychological nursing and postoperative nursing experience of 1 case of stress urinary in-continence patients undergoing TVT-O was summarized and reported. the patients has no bleeding, infection, or surgery related complications such as dysuria, with satisfactory effect. Therefore, preoperative and postoperative nursing and rehabilitation instruction is an important part for surgical treatment and rehabilitation of the patients with stress urinary incontinence.
