摘要
重铬酸钾法测定COD废液中含有较高浓度Hg2+、Ag+、Cr(VI)、Cr3+和H2SO4,不处理排放严重污染环境。我们采用加铁线于废液中,铁置换Hg2+、Ag+生成汞银合金析出,Cr(VI)还原为Cr3+,然后加碱中和,过滤,除去Cr(OH)3沉淀,最后各离子均达到污染物排放标准要求。本方法比先前工作者处理方法简便彻底。
The waste water of chemical oxygen demand(COD)by potassium dichromate method has high concentration of Hg2+,Ag+,Cr(VI),Cr3+and H2SO4. Discarding the waste water without treatment will contaminate environment seriously. We put iron lines in the waste water;iron replaces Hg2+,Ag+then mercury and silver alloy is deposited;Cr(VI)is reduced into Cr3+ then alkali is added to neutralized,filtering to remove the Cr(OH)3 precipitation. Finally all cations reach the standard level of pollutant discharging. It’s believed that this method is easier and more complete than others.
