摘要
通过对美国高校就业指导队伍建设的文献资料查询,提出"改变就业指导观念、明确高校就业指导队伍建设的目标以及建立成熟完整的就业指导队伍体系"等对我国当前就业指导队伍建设的有效启示,为完善我国高校就业指导队伍建设提供可参考的经验借鉴。
Based on the American university research team career guidance,proposed the construction of Employment Guidance Team USA in the enlightenment to our country,including the change of employment guiding concept,clear team goals and employment guidance team system complete enlightenment,for the further construction of our country＇s university employment guidance team direction.
