摘要
以宁波地区4S店对高校营销人才素质要求及需求情况作调查,充分了解其对高校营销专业毕业生知识、素质、能力等方面需求,并分析毕业生不足,针对提升学生职业素养问题提出"基础教学+特色教学"人才培养模式,对高校、学生及企业分别提出建议和对策。
The Ningbo area of the 4Sshop on the quality requirements of the marketing talent and demand were investigated,to fully understand the university marketing graduate quality,knowledge,ability and other aspects of demand,and analyzes the shortcomings of the graduates,improve students' occupation literacy problem"teaching+characteristic teaching"mode of talent cultivation,suggestions and countermeasures on students and universities,enterprises are put forward.
