Analysis on Social Part-time Job for PE Teachers at Colleges and Universities in Taizhou

文章通过对高校体育教师校外社会兼职的现状调查,在掌握高校体育教师校外社会兼职的基本情况之上,通过分析总结出高校体育教师校外社会兼职的利弊关系,为高校体育教师今后从事校外兼职提供一定的参考建议,也想通过此文呼吁各高校逐步将体育教师校外兼职规范化,制度化。

According to the survey of this present situation of social part-time job of PE teachers in colleges and universities of Taizhou,in mastering the basis of the overall situation,We analyze the relations of the pros and cons.We provide a reference proposal for PE teachers engaging in part-time job in the future,We also would like to appeal that the colleges and universities in Taizhou will gradually give out the standardization and legalization for PE teachers engaging in off-campus part-time job.
