摘要
在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,结合对外语教育专家的访谈,构建了高职青年英语教师教学能力评价指标体系。通过层次分析法计算出指标的权重,再运用ABC分类法基本原理与思想对指标进行筛选分析,确定了核心指标。
Acorrding to these indicators,higher vocational colleges can design training programs reasonably.Based on the domestic and foreign related literature,combining interviews with experts in foreign language education,constructs the evaluation index system of young English teachers' teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.The weights are calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process.The key indicators are filtrated and determined by Activity Based Classification.
