摘要
在采用迭代法求解泵组工作参数的基础上,以总流量需求为约束条件,以总功率最小为目标函数,建立了求解多并联泵组最优开机组合的动态规划模型。针对该数学模型,开发了通用的软件程序并应用于工程实例。实例结果表明,该计算方法简单有效,运行优化后提高了流量匹配率,降低了能耗。
Multiple parallel centrifugal pumps units are often used in cascade high-lift pumping stations to achieve flow rate matching between stations. The optimal combinations of running pumps need to be determined during operation according to different required flow rate. Based on solving of pump operating parameters by the iterative method, taking the required flow as constraints and minimum total pumping power as objective function, the dynamic programming model was established to determine the optimal combinations of running pumps. For the mathematical model, a common software program was developed and applied to an actual project. The results showed that the calculation method was simple and effective, increasing flow matching rate and reducing energy consumption after operation optimization.
