探析高职院校人才培养模式改革

Exploration and Analysis of the Talents' Training Mode of Combining Industry with Education and Cooperation between School and Enterprise at Vocational College

通过分析我省部分高职院校产教结合、校企合作人才培养模式的现状,以及存在的问题,深入剖析影响产教结合、校企合作的原因,尝试提出完善产教结合、校企合作人才培养模式的建议,实现用明天的科学技术,培养今天的人才,为未来社会服务。

In order to develop the talents with new science and technology and serve the society better and better, this article analyzes the current situation of combining industry with education, cooperation between enterprises and vocation- al colleges in Guizhou province. Through the analysis, we find the reasons of influencing it, and try to give suggestions in order to improve the talents＇ training mode of combine industry with education and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
