摘要
针对涩北气田出水日益严重、积液井井数逐年增多的问题,为预防气井因积液排出不及时而导致停躺,及时掌握井筒内的积液情况,在总结了气田曾采用的压力梯度测试法和油套压差分析法存在的在特殊工艺井不适用且测试费用高的缺点后,利用美国得克萨斯州ECHOMETER公司的回声液面探侧仪对涩北气田的一些气井进行测试应用,对回声液面探侧仪的仪器结构做了说明并阐述了仪器的工作原理,将该仪器对气田的13口井进行了积液测试,获得了第一手资料。通过实际探测和数据分析,表明回声液面探侧仪探测液面的方法除去油套环空与油管内液面差的因素外,吻合率达到76.9%,准确率较高。
In Sebei gasfield, a problem of water production has gone from bad to worse, and number of accumulation wells increases annually. Accumulation in borehole should be known very well in order to avoid discharging accumulation inefficiently. Two previously used methods, both pressure gradient and analysis of tubingcasing pressure difference, are explored. It is found that these methods with high cost in testing are not available. So, an instrument called echo liquid-level detector, which was developed by Texas ECHOMETER Company, has been applied to 13 wells in Sebei gasfield to implement an accumulation test. In this study, its framework and working principles are illustrated. After an actual test and data analysis, it is illustrated that without consideration of two factors including tubing-casing annular and fluid-level different within tubing, this detector has a higher accuracy and its coincident rate may reach 76.9 %.
