废弃钻井液随钻处理技术在文96-储13井的应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对文96储气库部分新井废弃钻井液处理仍采用的固化法存在泥浆池占地面积大、钻井液干化困难、处理周期长、处理后青苗成活率低、生态环境污染重等问题,提出采用随钻处理废弃钻井液技术,该技术利用机械设备在钻进过程中,同步使废弃钻井液岩屑、污泥、污水分步分离并采用不同方法分类处理。对该技术的工艺流程、设备型号以及具体的施工步骤作了详细的阐述,并将此技术应用于一口新井文96-储13井的现场试验中。应用表明:随钻处理废弃钻井液技术缩短了施工周期,减少了固体废弃物数量,青苗成活率高、有害成分处理效果较好,各项监测指标均达到国家合格标准。 Solidification method, which was adopted for waste-fluid treatment in some new wells of Wen96 gas storage, may bring about some problems, including large occupied area of mud pit, difficult drilling-fluid anhydration, long treatment cycle, low survival rate of young crops after treatment, and serious environmental pollution. So, a technology of waste-fluid treatment while drilling is proposed. After adopting this technology, a lot of cuttings, sludge and sewage could be separated from waste fluid during drilling, and then classified and processed. In this paper, its process flow, equip-ment type, and construction procedure are described. Its application to Wen96-Chu13 well shows that the technology can shorten the construction cycle, reduce the solid waste, increase the survival rate of young crops, and improve effectively the hazardous substances' processing. Its monitoring indicators meet the requirements of national standard.
