摘要 气体钻井是一种特殊的欠平衡钻井方式,也是一种钻井效率比较高的技术手段,其优势主要表现在提高机械钻速、减少井下复杂事故的发生、延长钻头寿命等方面。为了保证气体钻井安全,对气体钻井过程中可能出现的井下复杂情况进行分析,并以川东北地区实际施工过程中出现的事故为实例,列出了气体钻井中易出现的井下燃爆、井下下钻、井壁倾斜等导致井下复杂情况的因素,得出了相应的预防措施,确保气体钻井施工安全。 As a special underbalanced drilling, gas drilling is also a technological tool with high efficiency. Its advantages mainly depend on increasing penetration rate, reducing downhole complexity, and making life longer for drilling bit. In order to ensure a safe gas drilling, some probably occurring downhole complexities(borehole explosion, going down, and wall inclination) are analyzed; and then, a case study on northeastern Sichuan Basin is presented; at last, many preventive measures are made.
